Charges

1.2

1.3      All equipment sold by Alphatech Computer Services will include all government taxes including GST.

1.4      Service call charges cover only labor. Any parts supplied are charged extra.

Payment                                                                                                    
2.1      Standard service calls are C.O.D payable to the service technician at the completion of the call.

2.2      No services will be completed to any customer who is financially outside the payment terms of Alphatech Computer Services.

Warranty       
3.1      All brand new equipment supplied by Alphatech Computer Services comes with a standard return to manufacturer warranty.

3.2      If a warranty claim is found to be software or a configuration issue caused by the user, user will attract a labor charge.

3.3      All warranty repairs completed by Alphatech Computer Services are done to the satisfaction of the technician.

3.4    All freight costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. 

Warranty Exclusions
4.1      Changes to the configuration of the software/operating system installed by Alphatech Computer Services.

4.2      Equipment not supplied and or installed by an Alphatech Computer Services technician.

4.3      Damage caused by the installation of equipment not supplied by Alphatech Computer Services or any unauthorized person installing the equipment.

4.4      Systems with Alphatech Computer Services warranty labeling that have been removed or tampered with.

Disclaimer  
5.1      Alphatech Computer Services accepts that caution will be taken with any item taken or received from customers including fire and theft. Alphatech Computer Services cannot accept responsibility for floods, power spikes and surges or any other "Acts of God" that are outside the control of Alphatech Computer Services.

General

6.1      The supply and reinstallation and backup of software/files is the responsibility of the user.

6.2      All software installed or reloaded by Alphatech Computer Services must be legal software (Non-copyright infringing)

6.3      All service calls will be attended within the time framed agreed upon. Alphatech Computer Services reserves the right to extend the agreed time given un-controllable circumstances outside Alphatech Computer Services control.

6.4    Alphatech Computer Services is not responsible for loss of data, recovery of data, making backups and or loss/damage outside the control of Alphatech Computer Services.

6.5    Repairs on-site are limited by the availability of parts. All equipment supplied by Alphatech Computer Services comes with a return to base limited warranty. Unless stated otherwise in writing.

6.6    Alphatech Computer Services reserves the right to take customers equipment off site to complete any repairs covered and not covered by warranty. Equipment taken to the Alphatech Computer Services workshop for repairs is subject to time delay. As soon as the repairs are completed the equipment will be returned to the customer. (An ETR is given to customers before equipment is taken to the workshop)
